The HTK + Tuia Merger
Tū Partners was formed through the strategic merger of Business Consulting Advisory – HTK Group and Legal Advisory – Tuia Group. Two respected firms that shared a common vision: to bridge the gap between cultural values and modern commercial practice. This union created a unique consultancy capable of delivering both authenticity and commercial excellence.
